Constipation was so bad tonight I thought something was wrong with the baby. It was my lower abdomen hurting so I was afraid. Well after a visit in the bathroom the cramps finally stopped. Long story, short.. I got rushed to the ER to take a crap. How embarrassing 😒😔😑

That will happen a lot. Well atleast it did for me. Take colace it metimucil so you not back at the ER.

I'm sorry! that is embarrassing...I had to buy a fleet enema today because I was doubled over with poop cramps. I feel so much better and look less pregnant now! lol. sometimes you just gotta poop!!
