I pumped and somehow got 2 oz of milk which made me happy but he wants more he hates his pacifier so he's latched on without any milk coming on as soon as I pull away he cries @wes.nation
Well it's a supply and demand. Are you feeding him directly from your breast too? you can put rice in his bottle and the rice makes them feel a little more full I don't recommend you put a lot nor in every feeding and you can stop once more milk comes in. If you don't want to introduce formula.
if breastfeeding they eat about every 30 minutes to 2 hours. Make sure if you give bottles that they are pace fed so each ounce takes at least 5 minutes to eat. Also, no rice cereal should be given until at least 6 months because it can cause lifelong GI issues and in a bottle it is a choking hazard.

It all depends on your baby. My daughter was eating just 15 ML at 2 weeks only because she was born at 4LB
