Ok, mommas. I'm honestly really scared. I woke up with a migraine, shortly after I got out of bed I threw up stomach acid and blood. During that my nose started gushing blood. I still have a migraine and now my stomach is crampy. The phone nurse hasn't called me back. So I don't know if I should b concerned and go to the hospital, or if this is normal for someone who was diagnosed with HG (severe morning sickness).
@cmckinley, I take unisom and that helps with the nausea and you sleep like a baby. talk to your dr about it.
it will be wirth it. when you feel the baby move and kick... it will be worth it. those little reminders that your growing a baby inside you is simply amazing.
@momm111, thank you.! I had toilet paper against my nose, pinching the bridge, and my head down by the toilet since I couldn't stop throwing up.
@cubanmommy26, oh goodness. I hope the best for you, dear. I just keep reminding myself that it will all be worth it when the baby is in my arms.
Please, do not tilt your head! I had horrid nose bleeds growing up and every doctor told me not to tilt my head. The blood runs down the back of your throat that way and it causes you to throw up and that's something you are trying to avoid! Pinch your nose at the bridge, it'll provide enough pressure to stop it.
@cmckinley, the joys of pregnancy. lol just when you think.. oh yay its done. nope hormones change and you still have it. my pregnancy has been so hard. on top of the morning sickness I have lupus and fibromyalgia and high blood pressure. possibly preeclampsia.
@cubanmommy26, ugh. I hadn't gotten sick for several weeks. I was really hoping it was done.
I have this still. except the nose bleeds. just pinch your nose and tilt your head slightly back to stop the bleed. im going to be 29 weeks on sunday and im still throwing up.
@cubanmommy26, my doctor gave me sleep tabs that are the prescription version of this. Taking them is the only time I've slept through the night.
