I have shooting rectal pains with my periods. It feels like a knife shooting up through the rectum and going into my lower abdomen. this just started after having my baby a month ago... anyone else going threw the same thing or know anything about it?

I did not experience this but I had a friend who had abnormal pains postpartum. She really had to convince her doctors to listen to her but once she did, they realized she had a birth injury, fixed her right up and she's fine now. So definitely get checked out and don't take no for an answer. :) Feel better!!
