Does anyone know is it safe for me to use Vicks vapor rub while breastfeeding? I have a stuffy nose

yes I'd just put it high up on your chest where baby can't get it or use a little behind your ears.

almost all essential oils are okay during breastfeeding but certain ones like peppermint dry up milk just fyi
