Ok I need help if anyone can plz
My son father is goin thru child support By the state Bht he haven't pass not on penny down to his name for my son we had agree that I was gunna let his see my son every 2 weeks for the weekend Bht I have move to NY (he live in Bridgeport ) I told him when I start working he was gunna take him once a month for a week and he said it was ok ok at the time I'm not working and he expect me to send my son to him this weekend (which it was the week that he was suppose to have him do the the every 2 week agreement we had before I have move to NY ) when I dnt have no money to send him to him and he not sending me any money for me to be able to send the baby to him ....now I'm afraid that he gunna try to take my son from me ....Bht none of this is done by court ....can he try takin my son from me ???

no not legally he would have to fight you for custody

they cannot take your child from you unless they see you as an unfit mother. you're the opposite. you're working and taking care of him they'd laugh if they saw he wanted custody but can't even pay his child support.

Even if he on child support ??? He haven't pass nothing down to my son and he is 2yr old and the only thing that done my court is child support that agreement we had was between me and him @kbuggie20

if he can't pay his child support they're gonna realize he won't be able to provide for his child. does he do anything like drugs, or does he work? @bubblez

even with child support especially with him not paying, it could back fire his ads could go to jail lol not paying child support is illegal @bubblez

He dnt do drugs and he dnt have a job ...kid is a dead beat 20 and never had his first normal job @misskaebby

I tell him that all the time like he dnt do nothing for himself like I said he a 20 yr old man and never had his first normal job still living with his mom with another kid on the way with a female that he not with either @kbuggie20

i wouldnt let him take your son if nothing is done in court yet, epsecially if you're scared he'll rry and take him,

yeah no job and is expected to pay child support and doesn't do it. they find out he'll do to jail for one. two it'd be a case thrown out unless he has a way to prove you're an unfit mother if it came to that (which I doubt you are. it seems like you're a mommy who does what she needs to for her son)

I haven't gave him my son since I move to NY and I dnt plan on it unless it done by court and with super vision @babyg2015 they kno he dnt work and he suppose to pay child support this been goin on for a year he also owns my son a year if support from 2013 that he was born to 2014 that i started getting the help from the state for my son I think they call it "backed up money " or something like that ....I do the possibility for my son my son have everything he have cuz of me I been working since I was 17 I'm a teen mom and I kno I do cuz ppl tell me all the time "for a teen mom I do a lot for my son then most teen mom do" and not from just family @babyg2015 thx u I love my son I wouldn't kno wat to do if he was taken from me@kbuggie20

Mind u how crazy it's is that when my son was born he couldn't come see him knowing he literally live a street from where I use to live!! A STREET !!@babyg2015 @kbuggie20 @misskaebby

yeah. he won't be getting your son. don't worry, girl. and you have a right to not send your son with him. no child support? no visitation rights til I see some kind of money. I think you can actually file a case about the child support but I'm not too sure @bubblez
