I read no seafoods? But I see all the Momma's posting they're eating it. How does that work cause I want seafoods so much right now! 😭



Tilapia and salmon are okay to eat. Tuna limit to one can at week.
Certain fish are ok, but dont be having it every day! Once a week max is what I was told
My OB said no "deep sea" fish. So fresh water fish is okay. Just make sure it's fully cooked. And don't eat a lot of it.
