I got a girdle from bellefit after my first. it worked great and helped support my back. any compression will help shrink the after baby bump though lol

@lucassmommy, they'll lighten over time. And I'm hoping I can fit my old one too after I have Z. I doubt it though lol. I go to this place called the pink room and the girls there usually hook me up lol
