how can you tell the difference between Braxton Hicks and real contractions.

braxton hicks aren't as consistent as real contractions and BH go away when you change position or walk around. Real contractions get stronger and more frequent and they dont go away

Pain lol my BH didn't hurt at all. My stomach just tightened now I'm having contractions and they are painful like period cramps

I've been having a lot of pain and pressure and they get worse when I walk but everyone says it's BH . @ashton_miller @malikannxo
