Also can u feel baby move if u put ur hand on ur belly at 19 weeks?

I'm 20 weeks and the baby just rose to my belly button. hes not that high yet. but I feel kicking everyone in awhile. it feel more like a twitch inside your stomach not a pain. and no, you can't feel the baby by touching your tummy yet. I've asked my doctor lol. if you do try, all you'll feel is your pulse. the pain is probably from your insides stretching. I get those too sometimes.
