Hand expressed 6oz 😌 I feel so accomplished and proud of myself.

@zolamommy I am never able to pump more that 4oz it's insane. it takes me about an hour to pump.

when I hand express i do it usually during a show after baby is in bed and I do it in spurts. so only for about 5 minutes at a time.

I don't pump very often though it hand express may be 1 time a week

that's amazing, I can never hand express that much, takes up alot of time. I just pump.
