I was diagnosed with pcos in 2011. Took my health serious for a full year. Dedicated workouts, eating better-not completely depriving myself of cheat days- no caffeine, and a year of trying we naturally were able to conceive. It's do-able. Don't give up 😊

I have pcos too and ttc baby#2 my obgyn said i can get D-Chiro-Inositol or metformin.
