it's the bloody show. if not tomorrow you'll be delivering within the next couple days most likely. my guess at least since you've already started dialating

If you don't feel comfortable just talk to your doctor most important thing is you being calm and worry free and good luck

I read that could take a couple days for it. just start watching for contractions.
