It's not all women. There are fake profiles run by men/women with weird fetishes. Preggie does their best to get them all but that doesn't mean those people aren't creating those accounts daily. That's why I don't personally put any pics like that. I'm already self conscious enough. I don't need a sicko looking at me too 😂
