How many first time mom's have gone past their due date? Mine is 2 days away and everytime I feel like my body is getting ready it stops a couple hours later.

Something my midwife told me the first time around...be patient! The more your body does before active labor, the less harsh the real deal will be! When she told me that it helped relax me since I knew it was for a good reason.
