I gained ninety pounds when I was pregnant. after giving birth I lost 38 but am still much larger than I was before. The weight seems stuck and while I admit I haven't been the best at watching calories I'm starting to feel hopeless. ;(
Remember it took you 9 months for your body to grow your baby. You can't just bounce back.
By simply drinking a lot of water and cutting your portions and eating healthier while working out a couple times a week you can lose the weight. You'll notice a change. Also eating better and working out helps with depression. Try it 😊
thank you :/ I need to be more dedicated however depression I feel has prevented it. your baby will be here soon !!:)
I'm 34 weeks today and so far I've gained nearly 70 pounds. :( I totally understand where you are coming from. but if you've already lost that much your bound to lose the rest. Good job so far :)
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!

I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
ya however I'm already at 6 months and haven't lost anything since I gave birth. I feel like I should have lost at least 10 pounds :(
