I am having insomnia this time around. I usually take Tylenol pm or Advil pm to help me sleep but I am 4 weeks pregnant. Is there anything I can take to sleep? I work full time and have 2 boys (7 and 9) so I need something to help! I hate anxiety!!!

I would ask your Dr to be safe because some Dr's have different recommendations then others. my doctor said only regular Tylenol is safe , and I'm sure unisom is on my don't list. so definitely ask your doctor before taking anything!

Yep. Recommended from my doctor. I've been taking it since I was five weeks pregnant. Currently almost 30 weeks and still take it. It also helps with morning sickness.
Is that safe to take? I remember with my last they gave me a list of do's and dont's of medication but that was a long time ago

I have never posted before but I am in dire need of some advice. I have been taking meds for over a year to help me sleep at night. As soon as I found out I was expecting I stopped taking my sleep meds, my Dr isn't to happy about it but I'm just not comfortable taking a medication that is considered a "tranquilizer". I can't sleep much anymore and I know it's not good or healthy. Does anyone have advice on what I can do or take to help me sleep at night?
