My son is drooling now and likes to suck in his fist, is this a sign of early teething?

Thank you @kmommyoct15 and @benjismom I think it might be cause he just discovered his hands but I also have noticed something that looks like a tooth in his gum so I guess I will have to wait and see

mine does that and has 2 teeth (he's only 4 weeks) check yours gums and feel for sharp or hard spots.

I thought my daughter was teething early because she's been drooling like crazy and be putting her fists in her mouth but I read somewhere that babies don't know how to swallow their own saliva yet so that's why she's drooling so much but idk if that's true and I believe the reason why she's sucking on her fists is because she's just now discovered her hands and just learned that she can suck on them but idk that's just my opinion my baby is 2 months she'll be 3 months on Jan 1st
