So at first I was producing stupid amounts of milk (like four ounces from each boob) but just recently I'm lucky if I can get even 2 ounces total 😞 what can I do to help produce more milk??

Producing breast milk is so hard...i tried the mothers tea, i drink a lot of water and milk...I do have milk but barely make it to half bottle what else can i do???

Sometimes it is the pump. Make sure you replace the little parts because it may not be sucking correctly. ;)
