why is it that my husband thinks things will just happen & all the necessary baby stuff will just fall into our lap at the last minute. Has he even thought about a car seat, "not really" are his exact words. I'm freaking out because we need so much & when I try to get cheap hand-me-downs & discuss it with him he acts like "clash of clans" is all consuming. I understand we have until March but I don't want to be 9 months pregnant & either having to go out & get everything ourselves then assemble it or just not have it. & living so far from home doesn't help when your circle is almost nonexistent after a year in a new place.
I'm so stressed & upset & don't forget emotional about it I can't see straight! #overwhelmed

@kaylahammond, I hope it hits him sooner than later my bf is the same way he tells me wait for the baby shower blah blah blah like wth ... I went ahead and bought the car seat in which was on sale but I already spoke if he doesn't shape up now I'm not going to need him around when she's born so either he gets his thoughts together or he's not going to be around.. men are men will never be as mature as woman is

My boyfriend was & still is the same way!!! It's beyond annoying, he didn't even want to set up the pack & play in his room ( we don't live together ) because the baby isn't here yet. & when I opened the car seat he asked why lol I always say do you think the baby is gonna give you time off to set up his things ? When he's screaming his head off because he wants to be in a swing he's not gonna stop crying because you have to stop & put things together.

Men! He loves the idea of being a daddy but I don't think that he gets it that his momma isn't going to fix it all up for us! nor do I want her to! & depending on a baby shower isn't always the smartest.. I've been to plenty of them & you mostly get clothes & cute little things! ever stop to think that if we don't get some of the big things & let ppl know what we already have we will be spending a fortune on everything we don't have at the last minute & breaking the bank in the process
