My face only hurt/felt numb whenever I catch a cold. Do you feel like you're getting sick? Other than that, only my nose has grown also I have a double chin lol
yes, your face can retain water too. lots of women get swelling in their nose during late pregnancy. I say its normal as long as it isn't severe swelling, that could be an allergic reaction to something.

ive been coughing lately, but thats it.&& idk it just hurts really bad. && when i try eating from my left side i feel it really numb. @bellahali

Or maybe it's allergies, try a Claritin or Benadryl. Hope you feel better.
