pineapple, raspberry tea, primrose oil, bounce on a yoga ball, lots of sex, nipple stimulation. these are the tips I've been receiving. I plan on trying all of these out this weekend.

@williams15 that's my same problem with my little girl. Thed said I'm measuring 39 1/2 weeks and Emma weighs about 7.5lbs already. and i started to dilate last week
