I asked my manager if I will have somewhere to pump when I come back, and she said " yeah, that ladies room " 😑 I told her I'd rather do it in my car then, and she agreed! I love my manager but damn that was cold lmao 😩 i work for a huge government business, you think they would have somewhere for this to happen, ridiculous.

@caitlynnrosee, yes definitely I'd go to HR because as a country that promotes BF I know they should have somewhere and if they don't they have to accommodate you

@caitlynnrosee, It's required for them to have a space for you and in California there are specific laws that have further requirements too

@caitlynnrosee, You definitely should. At my job they converted a kitchen area into a private room with a curtain and provided a fridge and running water per California state law. Not to mention it was a bit rude for her to suggest the bathroom 😒

Yes that's illegal. Not sure about where you live, but in Texas, they HAVE to give you a place to pump and NOT the restroom!
