I'm doing it but considering stopping because my baby is breeched as of yesterday, I was finger tip dilated but still thick.. There turning her at 36wks 4days.. I was doing 1cup of ☕ a day then 35wks (Fri) doing 2 cups of ☕ ☕ then 36wks doing 3 cups of ☕ ☕ ☕ and along w starting the dates.. But not sure what to do
it helped dilate me to go into labor. i swear by it. it kept me regular with the amount of iron it has and it increased my milk supply when i needed it amongst other things. they don't recommend it before your third trimester but i took it my whole pregnancy and my daughter is thriving
It strengthens your uterus and preps it for labor. Start in your third trimester with about 2 cups a day and work your way up to 5 cups a day.
It doesn't cause labor, it can help your uterus tighten and strengthen for labor! But not recommended for the first trimester :)

It made it to where the pitocin barely worked. I was on 30ml of pitocin before I could feel contractions. It did what it said. Help ease the pain of labor
