Any other mommas 37+ weeks and in the bathroom in pain after anything they eat and constipated?

I get pain In my uterus.... I don't know what contractions really feel like. I don't think I've had any and if I did I just thought it was bad pain... Not soemthing I've been able to time rhythmically 😔 @jazminecaraball
