anyone ever pumped to stimulate their nipple to trigger labor? I've been thinking about it honestly lol

She said it is known to work but it's not recommended unless you're far enough along.

I pumped to try and start labor because my birth instructor directed me to so I won't have to be induced. so far nothing 😞

what did they say? @arianna321 I just read not to pump but to use the palm of your hand and rub them for an hour in 15 minute increments @mrsprincessdenise3

At my infant feeding class yesterday the lactation consultant was talking about this.
