Tmi * but having Engorged breast are really the Worst thing ever !!!!! I feel like I have bowling balls sitting On my chest & omggg do these things hurt ! I need relief ! FAST

Iv tried it and told other moms and its always worked! (:
Put heat and nurse on all 4s so your breast hangs over baby, gravity and the suction helps unclog it :) it sounds funny I know lol
A warm shower helped me and they stopped hurting
yea I heard wrapping them tight works um take Tylenol for the pain & I really wouldn't do the hot shower because of what happened to me ive had experience twice with it lol but you can & just massage them it feels good in that moment that you're doing it but then after the get even bigger & harder

What ever you do DO NOT take a warm/hot shower I made that mistake & mine got WORSE! I'm not really sure what you could do but take tylenol for the pain & wrap them up nice & tight so they can dry out unless you're trying to breastfeed in that case just pump & it'll feel a lot better
Pump, something hot to put on them heating pad, hot washcloth, rice sock, I liked to get in a hot shower and massage them
2 & a half days mines just happened during the night
