two wristbands that use acupressure to keep nausea at bay...they worked wonders for me when nothing else would and I refused to take meds. you can find them at Wal-Mart, cvs, Walgreens, target, and babies-r-us for about $10...in the same area as dramamine and it's a super tiny box so it's easy to overlook Bc I did a few times but once it's on the correct pressure point it works within minutes 😃 hope they help!

sometimes smelling a pack of gum really helps take the nausea away for a bit.

watermelon (if not allergic) the water keeps you hydrated while helping keeping you from getting sick

peppermint tea helps, and the combination of vitamin B6 and unisom if it's really bad :) those are the only things that worked for me

eat something with ginger!!! cook something with it! or put it in hot water and drink some with honey and lemon
