Ok so I know we aren't supposed to eat deli meats but are hot pockets ok? Like the ones with ham , chicken ect?

as long as you hear it up its fine.. they are concerned about a bacteria called listeria... you can find it in peanut butter lunch meats and all kinda of different things... as long as it headed up as far as the meats go your fine. if you use any homemade canned products watch for the popper on the lid if it's popped don't eat it.

And I had been eating Arby's before I found out we weren't supposed to eat deli meat I guess that's the same thing.

thanks u explained it better than me lol @tbella91 And i have one in the freezer I was afraid to eat. I starved all day yesterday and that was all I had but I was scared to eat it.

they're fine I actually bought some today. @jujulove13 deli meats contain a bacteria called listeria so that's why its best to eat it up properly before eating but I've eaten jimmy johns and I'm fine I just don't over do it

you can eat them they just have to be heated 30sec or more 😊
