Any ladies ever take Biotin for hair growth? Did it work? 🤔

My hair has thinned so much since having my 4yr old I hate it ! I use to have a lions mane and now it's just dull and lifeless. I had hypothroiditis related to pregnancy and it did a number on my hair @mommytomia

I always got mine at Kroger or Walmart when they were buy one get one free. I'm not sure about during pregnancy. I stopped mine cause Dr put me on a prenatal and I can seriously tell the difference in my hair...it seems so brittle now
