yes! i used these are really good! and they are sooo yummy...it taste like candy

I always got mine at Kroger or Walmart when they were buy one get one free. I'm not sure about during pregnancy. I stopped mine cause Dr put me on a prenatal and I can seriously tell the difference in my hair...it seems so brittle now
