I had sex at 35 weeks and lost some Mucas plug the next day, I had sex Thursday night and lost my plug for two days straight. It was soooooooooo nasty.... It just stopped coming out today, but I called my doc and he expects me to be 3/4cm because of how much plug I lost. It was so so so so much!!!!

I was 2-3 cm Tues had a membrane sweep water broke we'd night had my son early Thursday morning maybe that will help oh and I bounced on a birthing ball and did nipple stimulation
