It was a rough day yesterday for my family.... We had to unfortunately let my husbands grandmother ( my daughters great grandmother ) go yesterday. It was the hardest decision our family has had to make . My daughter was not suppose to be born till December 11th. She came early on November 23rd. And now our family understands why, our sweet Nennie needed to meet her first great grand baby before she passed. Aubrey came early to bright light in the time of need for Nennie . I remember thanksgiving when she first met Aubrey she didn't even want to eat all she wanted was to hold Aubrey. This sweet lady loved my baby more than anything before she was even born and it showed the day she was born. We now realize our daughter was born to take our sweet Nennies place here on earth. Our hearts are heavy, and empty . It was the hardest thing to do to bring my daughter into a room with her great grandmother unresponsive and looking nothing like she would normally to say our last goodbye . Although my daughter is only 13 days old, and won't remember this time. We will forever . We will always remind her of how much Nennie loved her great grand baby.
