Mine has always smelled sweet. ever since I had a dnc 3/4 years sgo.
Amniotic fluid is watery but you have extra discharge during pregnant anyways so it could be a super small leak that just mixed into your discharge. Still definitely worth a call! Good luck!

mine smelled sweet to i thought it was some fluid leaking and they check me said no just discharge and sent me home but I would still call or go in better to be safe
I've read that a sweet smell means it's amniotic fluid.. So I would be sure to ask you're doctor as soon as physically possible
