I think it's both. I had a slightly short cervix a month ago and they put me on pelvic rest. They told me it was no sex because of the act of intercourse and also something in the semen.

that's understandable and it's perfectly normal. Dr told me that after sex u will have a little bit of cramps, contractions or may even have spot a little. But I'm the same way sometimes. Just not in the mood. @thencomesbabyj

@faithmommy, last time we did I had contractions. I'm already hurting, just don't know if I'm in the mode for it tonight

it's not gonna start it right away but it will help u when u do go into labor and it will also make Ur delivery go a lot easier
