my and my husband have been taking a break from sex recently to be safe, we finally decided to try it and i have been hurting since sex last night... thankfully i didn't bleed but boy did i cramp..and i mean i hurt to a point where i wanted to cry, my whole abdomen and back was in pain...i dont think thats normal, i honestly have no idea how i fell asleep but i woke up still hurting. :(

definitely Normal I suggest finding the right position and probably using some lube to help you feel better from the after effects I hate being so sore after

The cramping is basically like little contractions bc if you orgasim the belly tightens like a contraction and that's why sex sometimes helps when go into labor bc they just continue to come

im not dry and it doesnt hurt during sex...i just cramp heavily after sex @elenasmommy
