What are your thoughts on coffee during pregnancy? I've been pretty good about avoiding it for the most part, but it's so hard!! And when I do indulge I always feel so guilty afterwards.

they say not to have more than 200 mg of caffeine a day. I drank coffee :)
talk to your Dr or midwife about it that's what I did they all have different opinions on what to drink and eat and what not too
I drank tons of coffee prior to pregnancy, and my doctor told me not to cut it out completely since my body was used to it. But she said typically 220-300 mg of caffiene per day (or 1-2 cups of coffee) is safe 😄
I believe you can have up to two cups a day. I use to until it made me sick
I work for Starbucks. I changed my intake to decaf with soy or coconut milk.

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Drank coffee and soda all the time. I live off caffeine lol
