Sharp pains in my lower abdomen, lower back pain, hip pain and constant going to the bathroom every 15 minutes. Ugh not too sure what's going on?

good! something else my Dr recommended was to basically get on all fours with booty in the air because sometimes the baby is just sitting right to annoy the nerves and stuff. or heating pad on low :)
@mylittleprincess, thanks! Yeah I'm 21 weeks now! Drinking water did help. It's been an hour now and I feel a bit better. Plus baby is kicking lol
@mariashea, I had this same thing happen last week at 21 weeks. it was what @tae23 said. (I went to l&d because they were intense and Dr advised to) drinking a bunch of water should help!
@tae23, I usually do drink a lot of water but I fell asleep earlier tonight and woke up really hot. I'll continue to drink some more. Hopefully that will help
have you had a lot of water today? it you're slightly dehydrated it can cause a lot of pain and cramping while pregnant

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. Why Are Many Women Unaware of Their Own Anatomy?
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.
