I'm feeling that same pain today and I know I haven't done anything to strain it. Maybe the baby is pinching a nerve? I was going to ask my Dr about it tomorrow since I'm already going in.

Baby could be resting on a nerve. Try laying down on your side and moving your belly to move the baby off. Hope it helps. It's happened quite a few times to me
