Why do you have to call a car seat place (??) and make an appointment??? So confused. Is it an actual store for car seats?

Its a free car seat . The appointment is to learn how to use it and then they give you one. My social worker didn't tell me to call them when she gave me a copy of the referral she sent . So now I'm late . @mrsschutte1323

have you tried your insurance? sometimes they give free car seats and they're shipped 7-10 business days. I got mine in 5 days after calling my insurance

yes they only mention that, you have to bring it up about car seat. I asked being curious if they offered anything else free, that's how I found out. I have superior health plan medicaid. Just call your insurance directly, you never know.
