Questions about whether or not to have a baby shower. I'm due in April but there are so many holidays until then. I just feel like people are going to be broke and I don't want people to feel obligated to get something or inviting people and no one shows up. Ugh... Maybe I'll pass... 😧

That depends can you afford to have the baby shower even if it doesn't mean you get loads of gifts? If so then I would have it.. Maybe some sort of cookout or something just because it's a fun experience to have and to celebrate your LO with friends and family. Then whatever gifts you get you get. As long as you're not one of those women who acts bratty when they don't get everything from their registry I don't think it matters lol

Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights

Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
Wish more people on here got the progesterone shot 😩 feel like that shit fucked up my body 😐

@elenasmommy, That's the whole point. I've recently hit some hard times, car/job loss and now I'm facing eviction. It has been a rough year.If I was still self sufficient I wouldn't need a shower. And since I come from a humble upbringing I'm not bratty but thankful for what little I do have.
