Do not leave, the office will tell you to evict him and you should. You have to take care of your child he is crazy. He needs to be a man and leave.
if you're the main lease holder he has no right to kick you out, it's the other way around so he can kick his own ass out.
If your name is on the lease then make him leave.

you may care greatly for him and that is good but you have yourself and a baby to think of. he doesn't have the right to kick you out. if he doesn't want to live with you then he can leave. I'm sorry you are in that situation. :(
tell him to leave then it's your place. if he doesn't contact your landlord
