i got the measurements from arm and hammers website. it had some warnings like make sure it's dissolved and not to take more then 7 half teaspoons a day and not to give it to children under the age of 5 but no warnings about pregnancy. it goes in cakes and cookies so I don't see why it wouldn't be lol @peaceinfall
