it's from the extra blood being pregnant it's super annoying. I had it bad the whole time I was pregnant and it's always happened occasionally I get up and move it helps

Your blood production increases 30-50% during pregnancy. Anxiety can make it worse. I had to do a presentation and I felt pulsations all over my body! It made me very distracted haha

@bellahali, I have horrible anxiety and have been put on bedrest due to preterm labor so that could explain it some. lol

My heart rate will go to the 140s when my anxiety kicks in. I've been working hard on taking care of myself emotionally and my husband has been helping a lot. Relax and do things you enjoy!
