@mrsschutte1323, I bought some a while back, but I don't know. I just can't get the feel of them and I don't feel like I'm doing them right. Over looked up things online, but whenever I try it dosent feel like what they are describing. @jazmin805 i normally would, but his phone is dead on the charger. We both normally always keep our phones on us just in case lol.

@jazmin805, for me it's only once in a while and it varies by how much, but yes luckily I'm at home. Still embarrassing though since our bathroom is on one side of our house and you have to cross our living room to get to our bedroom lol.

What weights??? You don't use weights? You contract your uterine muscles???

@mrsschutte1323, these are what is recommended to use for doing kegels with because they have a starter weight then one that's heavier for when you get the hang of it. Lots of great reviews on it for kegel use.
