Sighs. I hate how when I sneeze I lose control of my bladder sometimes. It just happened and me and my so have company over and I tried to sneak away to the bathroom without anyone noticing. Got to the bathroom to find a huge spot and now trapped in there without a change of clothes. Plus, I don't wanna holler out to Aaron to get me a change of clothes since then our friends will know what happened :/

@jazmin805, for me it's only once in a while and it varies by how much, but yes luckily I'm at home. Still embarrassing though since our bathroom is on one side of our house and you have to cross our living room to get to our bedroom lol.

@mrsschutte1323, I bought some a while back, but I don't know. I just can't get the feel of them and I don't feel like I'm doing them right. Over looked up things online, but whenever I try it dosent feel like what they are describing. @jazmin805 i normally would, but his phone is dead on the charger. We both normally always keep our phones on us just in case lol.
Txt him since you have your phone ... I always say (I have my phone) and he knows to get his,in case I need him even if he's downstairs..
Okay.. Never heard of that or anyone using that so have fun xD
