I was 80% effaced and 2 cm dilated at 36 weeks...I'm now 38 weeks and we have literally tried everything we could think of!!! I still have had 0 contractions. Good luck!!!

I know how you feel mama! I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow and I'm more than ready to meet my little boy, but I know he should stay in there just a little longer 😊

Just so you know 37 weeks isn't full term, let your baby cook for as long as she/he needs to! They will come out when they are ready, be patient mama. It's not worth the risk or complications of premature lungs. 39 weeks is full term.

the more you stress about it the more the baby will stress! take joy in these final weeks cause girl you are gonna miss those little kicks and hiccups! Try to stay calm and relaxed for the little ones sake! you are gonna have plenty of sleepless nights ahead of you.

@december_2015, I've been at 1 since 33 weeks and ever since they said that I've been wanting her here even more, and a tiny part of my mucus plug came out the other day and hasn't since. I think just knowing my due dates so close and I'm at 1 is what's making me so anxious

You shouldnt use pumping as a way to induce labor if you plan on breastfeeding.

@december_2015, hate to say it but you could do everything you can and baby still won't come lol I started trying just like you at 37 weeks and here I am on my due date and only dilated to 1 cm ☹️ if you do try, which I say go for it, I hope things work out better for you lol

@december_2015, ive had 3 children already & attempted to induce each one! you can pick out the methods suggested that suit you best - but not a dern thing will work unless that baby wants it too! trust! *frustrating!*

One of the lactation nurses that I work with said that you can start pumping at 38 weeks for stimulation and that it could bring on labor so she said not to do that until 38 weeks. So maybe that would help

I tryed everything but sex at 37weeks nothing worked good luck but wait at least 38th week
