Call the train station and ask. Do you have your hospital bracelets or anything? Or SS card
It's very easy to get just go to the courthouse in the county she was born in.
Call the train customer service they should be able to tell you.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
