I am 12 weeks and I woke up to lower left abdominal pain. when I breathe in,cough, bend down it sends a shooting stabbing pain. any ideas? it hurts so bad to breathe.

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.

mines been going on since last night. I can't even take a breath in without it hurting so bad.

I'm not sure what it is but I had the same pain around that time. It was hard to breathe with but passed after an hour.
