I couldn't find the one I saw at first but just go on YouTube and type "how to dance into labor" this lady didn't dance that much others do and they do it more so that its a lot of bouncing and movement

I've hear pedicures help well the massaging part because of the pressure points in your feet! Sex and sperm do as well, but who knows how reliable those methods are

Go up and down stairs as much as you possibly can and try sex again. That's what the nurse told me last time when I wasn't progressing enough after going to the hospital with contractions. Went and did those two things. Came back in about two hours or so and was ready to be admitted
