hope the headache is gone by now hun. if not, have you tried a cold compress? that always helps me. or some eucalyptus oil mixed with vaseline at your temples. 🙈 I haven't done that since I fell pregnant so I suggest Googling if that's ok first. I might have a look for you now.
OK. strike the eucalyptus oil. I googled it and though on one site it's says that you can use it as long as your pregnancy is going well, another site recommends you don't use it in the first trimester.
@babytime, i alway use a cold compress during headache times !! I love my cold flannel ! Never heard of the eucalyptus ! I have my scan next week so hopefull all is good i can have a look into the oil! Thank you hunny!xx
thats good. how are you feeling now btw? eucalyptus oil is an essential/aromatherapy oil. it's the key ingredient in vapour rub/vicks. I think that a drop of eucalyptus oil in about a flat tsp of vaseline/oil works better than vapour rub though.
